Fruit Trifle Pudding

Ingredients 

Sponge cake
Vanilla custard Powder
Jelly- Raspberry or strawberry flavor (as it looks colorful).
Any fruits of your choice. (avoid citrus fruits) / you can even use 1 can of tinned fruit cocktail
Little sugar syrup or sugar water

Method 

For the custard layer

Milk – 500ml
Custard powder – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp

Boil milk with sugar, In another bowl take the custard powder and make a paste with a little milk. Pour the boiling milk over the custard paste and keep stirring till it thickens

To Assemble

Crumble the sponge cake with your hands in glass bowl, Press it to make a layer

Next pour fruits and jelly, Top it with the prepared custard. Allow it to set in a refrigerator.

So here it is, Quick and an easy dessert
